you cannot escape your body. disconnecting from your body is not an escape, it is an unhealthy coping mechanism as a result of trauma. you must learn to reside happily within your body, no disconnect, no modification to make you feel beautiful, no convincing that you are beautiful, no self degredation and hatred, you need to be fully in your body at all times and know that it is a source of divine love regardless of its physical appearance.
